Join Us! Chair Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation

Interested in language learning and Yoga/ mindfulness?

We are excited to announce that our “Chair Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation” online special sessions are now available for sign up.
The first session starts on September 26th, from then reoccur every two weeks. Feel free to sign up for multiple sessions. Only one point is required per session.

No yoga mat is required. Please just prepare a chair (preferably a chair with a backrest and no armrests).

Message from Coach

No need to prepare a yoga mat and large space! Both yoga and mindfulness meditation can be practiced while remaining seated on a chair. Beginners and a person with an inflexible body are welcome. Let’s enjoy yoga and mindfulness meditation together!

Coach Profile
Acquired yoga instructor certification (RYT200) in Rishikesh, India that is famous as a holy place of yoga. A teacher for mindfulness seminars at a business school, a big enterprise and the university course (Gakushuin), and a mindfulness coach for entrepreneurs, executives, and business persons.
