Level 18

Level 19
- Use effective expressions during a meet-up and proceed with negotiations
- Respond to customers’ complaints appropriately by choosing certain words and phrases
Level 20
- Respond to a customer’s complaint appropriately with your boss
- Try to solve an issue occurred between a client, by explaining what happened, and what will be done to solve it
Level 21
- When a trouble occurs between a client, make an effort to solve the issue, seeking for your boss’ help
- Work with client with sincerity and decline transactions
